Is Mila effective in lowering cholesterol?

There is some compelling research that demonstrates that Mila (a botanical source, from the chia seed, of omega-3s and other potentially healthful nutrients) may be effective at lowering bad cholesterol (LDL).  It certainly won’t hurt to include into our diet but if you are suffering from high cholesterol, it is always best to discuss further with your doctor
